Customizing Atom in Microsoft Teams
Set Atom's name and avatar for tenants connected to Microsoft Teams.
If your tenant is connected to Microsoft Teams, you set Atom's name and avatar inside Atomicwork, and then repeat the personalization in Microsoft Teams so your employees see it there too.
If your tenant is connected to Slack instead, Atom's name and icon come from your Slack app manifest. See Customizing Atom in Slack.
Set Atom's name and avatar
-
Go to Settings > Enterprise AI > Configuration > Assistant branding.
-
Enter the name your employees will use to address Atom, and upload an avatar.
-
Click Update. Note: Updating Atom’s name here only updates it in the Atomicwork platform. To personalize Atom in Microsoft Teams for your users, you must complete the personalization in Microsoft Teams. Please read Microsoft Team’s help centre article on app customization to execute this step.
