Trusted knowledge in AI Assist

AI Assist uses trusted public documentation to give agents richer, more informed recommendations when they work on requests. These external sources complement your internal data by adding context, surfacing known issues, and suggesting proven solutions from widely used tools and services.

This set of sources is not configurable by admins. It is managed by Atomicwork and designed to cover a broad range of commonly used applications and systems in IT environments.

AI Assist may reference content from these sources when it suggests likely root causes, workarounds, or next steps for a request. All insights are cited and linked, so agents can easily explore the original content.
